I went to the spa with my family ended up having a sezuire at the dinning table . But I was told being in a sauna can trigger an episode.

Sorry to hear that. I still remember to this day I went and had a Sauna with my brother, I remember going in and have no idea how I made it back to the hotel so I have always been very sure I would of had a seizure. This was a very long time ago.

It's dif per person, but as for the? here, if someone told me that I was to have a seizure and I do have them happen, but at a place I have not been to, I would take into consideration, but then I would ask myself have I ever done that,? If not how would I know unless I tried it out and see for myself what it does, something to consider, my opinion, I would try it,but your call on it, hang in there and try and stay pos, my opinion.
