I think I visit that same place. From experience it doesn't help only makes things worse. You are not alone! Not only do all these strangers here care and truly understand but you are valuable. So leave that place and find a better place to go. I love to scuba dive so I close my eyes and imagine the feel of the water on my body, the gentle movement while looking at the beautiful coral and ocean fish.
