Thank you! That’s what I’ve thought. I been taking it at 3pm and in bed at 630pm due to early morning shifts.

My Dr told me to take my antidepressant in the evening because of the sleepiness it causes. It builds up in your system, so it has a continuous effect.

Maybe you can talk to your and ask if you can take it at night instead of the morning.
