Try and keep positive and try not getting over Stressed or any type of negative emotions.

I've had seizures all my life. I take my medicine on a regular basis. I had brain surgery in 1990 and I have been under control for years. Sometimes my family treats me like I'm a child.

I have had mine since I was 7 I have learned to manage my condition by taking my meds also by not stressing

I have had my condition since 7 yrs old, I just over the years learned to accept and adapt with the changes that came with, the meds age test etc, I also do my daily of prayer and bible study that is my best medicine for me and my condition I have, i think it's dif per person, but that is my way and answer to the question here.
