Mine were called Partial Complex, then Absence, and now Partial Awareness. Not enough good sleep, not eating well or enough, stress and being overheated are triggers.
My day is good.
Randy Hubby scared at my first biggy saw was okay after so couldn't care less. Only harm was if hurt by fall, stitches to bitten tongue etc. Funny was once had black eye, when at new church how people were looking at him! Told all after bout my epilepsy to clear up. Once we know how seizures affect us can ease minds bout too.

I used to volunteer at a Free Lunch. My CellPhone has a way to find my Emergency Contacts if needed. That made everyone feel better.
Randy That surprises me I always talk bout my epilepsy after a seizure in public. People are concerned and want to know if I'm okay. Many then tell me of theirs or a loved one's. Now if 911 is called, when I can, tell them bout my epilepsy medics know just what I mean- now part of their training. If have a drop-down type why wouldn't people be even more concerned?
I will do that. I did reach out to the Board of Education here in Stamford also.
