You described me to a near perfect letter, minus one important thing - I’m a male. Check into keto diet and basic exercise habits. As much as you want to go and upheave their way of thinking and lifestyle, DON’T. All that will do is exacerbate the stress and anxiety, possibly even bring forth more seizures. Keto allows for the most leeway in dietary habits, along with basic exercise (really just walking and doing chores regularly will suffice). Also, keto allows for dark chocolate and bacon, which is always good in my book. I recently have had to make some sacrifices to my own lifestyle, mainly because the seizures have become more frequent and my brain just plain hurts now. I am having to relinquish my license due to fear of being in an accident due to a seizure. It sucks, but it’s for safety reasons and I understand. I really, really, really really liked to drive cars and trucks. I was a trucker for a year before my diagnosis. I became very depressed when I was told “no more driving”. I’m older now, so I understand a bit more now than before.
I got seizures but tremors at 7 then 18 I had a grand mal but not long after my daughter was born so my husband took care of her overnight. I slowly got grand mal seizures in my sleep right after going to sleep & right before getting up. I need sugar & can eat anything. You can try different things from outside exercise to what you eat but the doctor should know what's best
Thank you yes she has a very heavy flow I will look into it
I had this exact style of seizures and we figured that my hormones were the cause of these episodes. Perhaps she could try the depo shot? That’s what I’m on, since it doesn’t require taking a pill three times a day. I hope this helps.
Thank I for this I will look into it and yes depression is very real at this level
