I Have Never Been On So Much Medicine In My Life. I Barely Took Asprin And Never Even Had A Cold Growing Up. Never Got The Flu Shot...

never got sick. I've taken more medicine now in the past 1.5 years than my whole life. A friend asked me if any element of epilepsy is something that can be managed with adjustments in diet and exercise. I guess I already feel pretty healthy, but I'm sure there is more out there. What do you do?

I think that I'm ok with the meds my doc has me on, I do see her about 2 times a year, and a occasion for a booster for covid, but I do get decent sleep and exercise i do, my favorite is my doing my daily routine of prayer and bible study, that is 1st with me and my answer here, I am not perfect and do sin, but that is how I go about it,

Move to the country, eat a lot of peaches. Lol

I believe most of my seizures would stop if I move back to the country away from the city.

I was healthy as well for 17 years. I am now on 2 medications, but my doses are both on the high end. I have never really had side effects from my medications except sleepiness for a few days after dose increases.

Until I was 12 and started taking seizure medicine I never took any meds either but as the years went on I had to take more and more meds. I guess you just need to get used to it and consider it as part of your life.
