I bet you could really assist with the recovery stage being the best it can be probably using some hypnosis. Self hypnosis works as well, but takes a lil’bit of practice

yes but not for seizures. meditation (like deep breathing or hypnosis or yoga or something) will calm depression and anxiaty... but not seizures. fun fact... if you have partial seizures (focal onset) one way to stop a seizure is to meditate. mind you it kinda works/kinda not.
