No, I have sat with my phone a small version of a computer lets say, but I do take breaks and such, and sometimes I don't even spend a lot of time on it and will take a nap, but not a prob with, my opinion

It can be exhausting, along with the possibility of seizures.

Hours on a computer would exhaust any epileptic or not. Give self a break to avoid this is what all say bout this for any reason.

I try to limit my screen time because I’ve found out that I’ll be tired several hours later and the only thing I can link it to is time spent in front of my computer screen. Thanks.
