It is very much normal to cry after a seizure. I always cry after having a grand mal seizure all the time. My family would tell me I had one and of course I was doing so well by staying away from the causes and triggers of seizures. I quit trying to figure out how come I had one. I will not complain because even though I am going through premenopause my seizures are mostly pretty well under control. I had a grand mal seizure on May 23, 2021 and then my most recent one was in April of 2023. I always cry, don't want anyone to touch me, or anyone near me. I have been this way ever since I was a little girl. It is perfectly natural to cry after having one.
