There isn't that many issues in Aus I'm not on it anymore but apparently carbamazepine is in shortage everywhere at the moment even over here.

Someone else on the site mentioned their pharmacy not being able to fill carbamazepine xr which is what I take but haven’t needed a refill of yet. I hope you can get it filled immediately, no one wants to start new anti seizure medications!

It’s very strange what is happening it seems to be around the globe and now impacting the USA. Tegretol XR is a very widely used medicine but it’s expensive and I am being told pharmacies are no longer carrying brand name drugs due to high costs. Also on the FDA site Carbamazepine has a status of Discontinued but then a side note that says this will continue to be manufactured. Not sure what chaos has erupted but something smells political to me.

I know there are shortages for certain meds across the US right now, but I haven’t heard of any seizure meds among them. Have you tried Googling it, or going to the FDA, or Epilepsy.com websites? I’m sorry you’re having trouble. Can you contact your insurance company about whether they have a preferred Web-based pharmacy they deal with? Those are all the things I can think of. Good luck!

Don’t know how to answer that. Has to be awful to not get your medication!
