Never needed it. The fear of God kept me straight.

Never thought about it. When I've been to those times in my most depressed state, I fall on my faith & the Word of God. I know God has a purpose behind all things, I know God won't give me anything I'm not capable of handling. I know there's Hope, & God has a purpose for me eventhough I often feel like Job. It's at those times, God shows me others who are having a harder time dealing w/ life. The last couple times were when my brothers & friends were diagnosed w/ a 100% terminal diagnosis. 1 is still w/ us & 1 is w/ God

I was upset and unhappy for a number of reasons. I am now speaking to a Psychiatrist each month. Stress is one of my triggers.

988 isn’t just for those who have Suicidal thoughts. Depression and Anxiety are just to name a few of the other reasons why people call them. Some people don’t have others to talk to.
