It took me a year and a half to find therapy. I also have severe depression, CPTSD, and anxiety. I try to take the nonmedication methods. I journal, do guided meditation, and meditation also for epilepsy, all available on YouTube, with several selections. Deep breathing, lots of workbooks on Amazon for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (these are really helpful to me). I think that this is a good place to start, I don't want to overwhelm you, and like I said, you don't need to be a trained professional, let YouTube be your guide. Start slow, step by step, and don't forget to breathe 💜.

Thanks to all of you. I did get up and do some things and I especially miss church. I watch it on TV. I had another small seizure Saturday. I do try to pray and I love do my yoga on the days I am not too tired. I thought most of you would think I was crazy if you read my whole story. Thanks again.
