I'm doing decent thanks. Had 4 seizures and a few near blackouts this week but a LOT of stress. Will be seeing the neuro soon! Thank you.

QT prolongation can be associated with epilepsy, yes. Both are commonly associated with abnormal brain activity, see. Abnormal stimulation of the HYPOTHALAMUS (brain structure responsible for heart activity) can get your heart going and cause a seizure at the same time, for sure. You should ask a NEUROLOGIST about that.
