@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member , it is a common Side Effect of people showing anger or getting mad easier than before taking the medication. Behavior changes is another common side effect, along with many others.

I have TLE and was on Keppra for about a year when i began to have the rage issues. It just felt like i was aggressive and angry all the time. I have been on Xcopri since October of 2022 and it has been great.

Depend on the person. A big percentage of people experience the bad side effects. The side effects of making a persons emotion and behavior changes.
Many people call it the Rage drug or just plain evil .

I take Keppra, but I’m one of the lucky ones, who doesn’t experience those side effects.

Kepra reduces my seizures but side effects can be a pain in the *$$ to deal with at times. Keep pressing by staying positive and everything will be alright!!!!
