I agree with @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member, the Epilepsy Foundation is your go-to for most matters we need: transportation, independent living, etc.

Exactly what I was going to tell Samantha to do , Irene. She can also go to the Social Security Office Doctor, or have your Dr. give a letter of consent.
certification , &
recommendation.
To get my disability , I had to be approved by
Florida Department of
Children & Families ;
( formally known as. Department of H.R.S)

Is there an epilepsy association near you? They should have a advocate or mentor

Samantha , remember , don't forget what I told you as well.
You may not live in Florida , but , the state you live in should. have a Department of
Children & and; Families you might also get in touch with the Epilepsy Foundation of America
in the City or. State you reside in.
