No insomnia. I’m sleeping 8-9 hours daily yay! It helps to have all media -including my iPhone - in another room.
I read a lot. Rarely watch TV. Books capture me and I go there into the story...

Marguerite I've actually been in touch with a private sport physiotherapist who I no and he gave me a list of exercises most of which I'm already doing include an he said exercising my dog ie taking my best friend Chester for a walk so hopefully all going to plan and thank you xx

Told my sister to order books on Amazon I want. Have to stop watching so much TV. Reading is gonna be great for my brain 🧠
