If I Watch My Triggers, I Do Not Have Seizures
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

Mine were called Absence, now Partial Awareness. Where I live there is no Liability Insurance, so they call 911. I would not trust anyone to administer anything. I now wear a Lifeline button. I had a fall because I had not eaten due to a tooth being pulled, and was in the ER.

I find if you can work out the triggers the best you can then it will most likely minimise the seizures but what the overall impact is if you have ongoing seizure activity that’s another question.

I think that is good, I think that everyone's condition is different and may be similar, may be the same possibly, but I don't worry having the seizures that come to me time to time, I'm used to them and know what to expect, an inconvenience , but live with and not a prob, my opinion

As for my employment, I needed to work on bus routes when they ran, since obviously I could not drive. Eventually after a full Neuropsych Workup, they learned my memory was so poor that I could not hear or understand directions about a task.
