@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member The only real way to tell is to track months is not years of seizures and then compare the dates. One or two seizures that may or may not match won't be enough seizures to tell how much they line up. As I said to do a true study would take along time and a lot of data.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member Have you ever tried to track all your seizures and seizure symptoms? This would be the only way to see how much it matches up. I've Just done it for twelve 12 months but I haven't really compared the data to moon phases.

I think there is something to it. I never tracked but I could get some unusual seizures with change in weather and those high pressure days.
