As a side note, my seizures improved substantially after my hysterectomy. I had it when I was 37 years old not because of epilepsy but due to bleeding heavily for 25 days a month 🙈
Keep dancing and listing to your music, it's the best therapy ever 😘

Rachel, thank you for this question and for explaining what happens when you seize. I'm not familiar I hope someone sees this and responds. It's understandable that you would be anxious about your upcoming menstrual cycle. I'm hoping someone has some suggestions for you. Since these questions disappear after a time be sure and ask again, you never know when the person with suggestions may respond.
