I already shake my leg and now I’m starting to rock back-and-forth and I miss out on about 3 - 5 of my day I lose it every day

It's probably hard dealing with many situations. Remember to breathe and calm yourself. I don't have anxiety. I have epilepsy and used to get depressed alot. Because I wonder why this is in my life, I learned to welcome not like I want it but learning to deal with it. Knowing it's nothing wrong or something bad with me. It's apart of me and learned to be the best me I can. You can focus on the best you and know these are moments and you want your best moments.

I think a little here and there, and not a prob with really, I try and stay pos and hang in there, but i do my daily routine of prayer and bible study which does makes me calm with what is going on, I have been doing since June 9th of last year and I believe it does make a difference in my life with doing my routine, I am a Catholic christian mix and, I am not perfect and do sin, but that is my answer here.
