I know that there are some that I have not been able to recall yet. And if you have one of more specific ones, then have you tried to get as much information as possible to perhaps trigger access to one or more of these memories?

I liked riding those big wheels too
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member , those were the good days for me. I wasn’t in school yet and felt like a normal kid . No clue what was coming, when starting school. That’s when everything changed and turn into a big challenge.

I used to always race my neighbor down the hill, on a sidewalk, on those Big Wheels.
Yes there are memories I want to forget badly and I can’t. Then the worst thing is I can’t remember the things I want to. Ex. Old papers that I wrote when I was in college that have high grades. These are 20 + pages long and I have to ask myself “Did I really write this? Nobody ever underestimate Yourself!!!
I am actually doing the most I can to make my brain’s cognitive functioning, mental clarity, focus, concentration and other things like stress relief and anxiety be better controlled and more memory by taking what are called “nootropics”, things such as: Lions Mane, Brahmi, Reishi, Gingko Biloba, Ashwaghanda, Alpha GPC, Resveritrol, Siberian Ginseng, Panax Ginseng other vitamins such as B6 & B12 which are very good for the brain 🧠, these also help your central nervous system and can actually be a natural way to try and reduce your seizures or convulsions, that’s why I take them every morning after my anti seizure medical drugs and also anyone on TEGRETOL (Carbamazepine) should take a herb supplement called Milk Thistle (I do) because Carbamazepine is very toxic to our liver and that herbal supplement detoxifies our liver which is the most important organ of the body (even more than the heart ❤️).
