Hello! I have Temporal Lobe Epilepsy. Mayo Clinic Jacksonville FL Epilepsy Monitoring Unit has me granmal siezure free since January 2019.THANK GOD! I have learned so much from research and the great experience at Mayo Clinic. Almost all major University Medical Centers have Epilepsy Monitoring Units. I suggest you get a referral to one nearest to you. I am thankful for many BLESSINGS and prayers continue with FAITH TRUST STRENGTH HOPE JOY LAUGHTER HAPPINESS and LOVE ALWAYS LOVE GOD!

Temporal seizures are centered on one of the temporal lobes of the brain. Occipital seizures are in the occipital lobe all this is telling you is that the problems origin is in that area of the brain, but the problem can be more than just an epileptic seizure. It can be a brain tumor that falls into either of these titles too. Thus, if you want more specific information, then you need to provide more details about the specific issues that you are looking to learn more about.
