One of the things that help me is comedies! Laughter and smiles helps me stay well even when I feel lousy.

If I have a seizure and it puts me into a depressive state of mind... I usually write a poem about my feelings. This over the years has been very therapeutic.

At 69 years old, if I need a lift......the 3 stooges still put a smile on my face. I had no idea until recently that slapstick comedy show began in the mid 1930's. My wife thinks I'm weird. Does anyone else still watch them?
