No I don’t feel ashamed or regret to let anyone know because we’re all humans at the end of the day life is not perfect everyone has some kind of disorder. But epilepsy is very unpredictable especially having it happened to you in public places such as work, gym, school etc or even outside or even doing laundry or sleeping make sure to wear your medical band wrist that state what sickness you have to notify people. I’m definitely not ashamed resentful, regretful, life is already stressful as it is people die everyday and who cares what a negative person has to say. Life keeps on going just take your medication the way your doctor prescribed you to and drink plenty of water if the medication doesn’t sit well with you then it’s time to make an appointment with your doctor &ask if they can help change your medication just eat right diet balanced food no drinking alcohol especially if your taking medication for seizures. At the end of the day it’s your life and health just be careful safe , take precautions. As long as I have god by my side I’m Blessed other people have other sickness such as venerable disease why their not afraid to disclosed that smh

No, I accepted the condition I have and live with, I don't have a prob with sharing my condition with someone else, I do so at my own call, I am not ashamed of doing that. My opinion

No. I overshare anyway. I want the people around me to know I have seizures because I feel that is important information and they may not be as alarmed. I keep a sheet of paper in my work file with all my info on it. Also, I use the time to give my friends a lesson on epilepsy first aid and what needs to be done to keep me safe and to keep themselves safe.

Not at all. I will not automatically tell you about my problems, I get to know you and then I will tell you about my epilepsy.
