I've Been Taking Vitamin D Supplements For Years.

Vitamin D is good to take for epilepsy support and help with your bones that some anticonvulsants can cause fractures, I don't take my anticonvulsants + Vitamin D together cause they interact I take it 2 hours after + before I take my anticonvulsants, plus I take cod liver oil with Vitamin D one a day I get myself, cause GP won't increase Vitamin D due to the costs.

I have been drinking milk since I came out of the womb. I go through two gallons every three weeks. Since I live in Philly, we have the best milk ever, from Wawa farms. It is still white, last an extra week after the due date, and tastes great. The closer the milk is processed near you the better.
