I generally get like this sometimes. Generally, I will get light headed then will just get to a point where I need to sit down. Generally, not drinking enough water, heat and just overworking yourself all contribute to it. Nowadays I find that if I start to feel light-headed I can generally stop it going any further. If it's just fainting with no lead up then this stuff would still help but you would have to be a lot more carful.
