I think it would be a good idea, but I do see the problems such a podcast could create. But on the up side it could be just what we need and bring us together in a good way,

I am brave enough to talk that is why I am writing a book. Don't know if someone would publish it or people would buy it but I am still writing it.
Good idea for a podcast.

I think it's a great idea. The educational value for those effected and their loved ones. $$$ wise don't think it wud gain any more slices of that research pie. Sorry to b a downer but Roy, the world is currently on πŸ”₯ and I don't mean just the literal climate change. (No need to go further down that road)
It wud also b cool 4 those of us brave enough to speak about their unique experiences with e.
Go for it πŸ’œπŸ˜‡πŸ’―πŸ‘

You're right regarding the notable person. Seizures due to concussions, I'm sure you know is a common trigger, so if anyone knows of an ex-NFL or College football athlete, please let me know. Their successful careers were ended suddenly. As for money, public and private funding for epilepsy research, I've read, lags far behind other neurological conditions, e.g. Alzheimers and MS. Thanks for all's opinion

Perhaps a podcast done by notable people who have epilepsy would entice watchers. The general public would likely skip it altogether unless they knew someone with epilepsy.
I definitely think raising public awareness is an excellent idea of course.
Podcasts could be brief which is attractive to folks because they don't want to invest much time...I wish there was better support for our cause. I don't think money is flooding in like it does with other causes.
