What Are Your Breakthrough Seizures Like??

Typically, my breakthrough seizures are just an absence seizure… some are real short, some are little longer and I can be a little confused and cranky and a bit tired afterwards. Occasionally I’ll have just auras that leave me exhausted for a couple of days…. It’s usually shaking, feeling lightheaded or dizzy, a little confused or struggling to get straight thoughts vocalized.
The issue for me is idk when I should take my rescue med since it’s prescribed for clusters.
My breakthrough seizures are HELL.They cause me posturing.Severe migraines.Body aches.But a long recovery time.And they seem to be the longest lasting ones.I have to rest for days at a time.And it just makes me feel more frustrated.And makes me fight with my depression and PTSD.And that is when the rescue meds has to be given to me.NAZILAM NASAL SPRAY.THE SPRAY FROM HELL..
