Has anyone else ever experienced sudden chills that cause your body to jerk every so often? It's a bit hard to describe, but throughout my life, I've had these chills occur from time to time. They can happen when I'm cold, but not exclusively. Typically, I'll get goosebumps, and then my body will make a sudden jerk before returning to normal.

I have, but not often, I don't think nothing of it, I think it might be a combo of stuff, meds, condition,age, or a natural thing, but not to worry about my opinion, but then it's different per person.
Yes! Sometimes I get them random too with no chills! Just a sudden twitch or a jerk and that's it. It's so weird to everyone around me, but it's just a normal for me. I always wondered if I wasn't alone in this!
I don't get chills but do have random twitches or jerks. I can go weeks without it so I'm always surprised when it happens because I don't have any warning
