Hi is it okay to take vitamin D with your meds one a day thanks for advice

I always run it past your physician. That being said. Individuals with epilepsy should get their vitamin D level checked (as your neurologist how often for you).

Based on that, it may prompt a discussion of Vitamin D, calcium, etc. also, being in the sun is also an important way to get vitamin D.
