I'm so frustrated I want to cry. I have searched and searched for help to do some paperwork for insurance. It's too complicated for me to comprehend, I can't process it. I need someone to break it down so simply, and do the paperwork too cause I'm forgetting what was said two minutes ago cause I just took in so much more information. I keep getting responses like here I'll send you an email with a lot of great resources you can use that are available to you. (Rant) that right there drives… read more

This is what I do. I take several deep breaths then I write down exactly what I want to say. Just like u did in ur text.
I've tried to complete this paperwork but I need help. I can't do this alone it's too complicated.
And then once u can breathe easy. Call and just say what u have written down. πŸ’œ

Have you called your regional Epilepsy Foundation? And if that was not of any help, then did you call the national Epilepsy Foundation?
It is a toll free number: https://www.epilepsy.com/247-helpline

I am lucky because the Epilepsy Foundation of New England has been a big help for me since I was diagnosed in 1997. I have been in contact with them quite a bit in the last 26 years+ since I was officially diagnosed. I have never needed to contact the US Epilepsy Foundation because we have a great one for our region. However, we are a collection of 6 of the smallest (in size) states. I remember on the puzzles of the United States that the 6 New England states is typically a single piece in most of the small puzzles (fewer pieces).

Do you have afamily member or good friend that you trust to help? Even a nieghbior? If you can't find anyone call the insurance Co to walk you through filling them out.
