Sorry I don’t have an answer for You about that. I do know something’s You have probably eaten in the past have ingredients that are triggers for seizures. Ex: Coke or Pepsi-they have caffeine in it. Caffeine is a trigger. There are a number of other things as well. Go online to the Epilepsy Foundation website and there will be more information on other triggers also.

I don't know.I just try to eat a healthy diet, some protein, vegetables, beans, rice and fruit. I drink water and occasionally coffee and herbal tea. Okay, sometimes, a few snacks but I will be eating fewer snacks especially if they are salty.
