Try not to get stressed, be careful on hot humid days and get plenty of sleep.

What’s interesting is that lack of sleep doesn’t make me get more seizures. I honestly wish it did help but it really doesn’t. The only things that help reduce my seizures is a careful diet and monitor stress levels and taking vitamins.

Natural healing is to take supplements and eat healthy foods, get out in the fresh air and walking off the anxiety!

Actually living a healthier lifestyle. Walking, juicing, eating healthy. Cooking my own home cooked meals and treats.

A few that seemed to help me decrease my seizure count is. Play with my dog or children. Walking with or without my dog. Talking to others about more than just my or their problems. Talk about anything, face to face over phone anyway have connection with others. Help others any way. Doing this shows me I am able to other than have seizures. Also, I see how my life with my condition could be easier, harder, or the same as others. Seeing how everyone has different lives. One thing everyone has problems. One person I helped was a lady who has TB. She came down with it when she was 10 needed help with everything even helped eat,or understand what she was saying. She was put in a nursing home when 23 because family couldn't take care of her at home anymore. What would have live with my epilepsy or her condition of TB? Yes, I helped people who had problems, even epilepsy, easier and harder to live with, compared to mine. That shows me I I have control of the strength of my problem seeing I can help others, with both with easier and worst problems of life!!!!💪🏻❤️🏆💯
