Has Anyone Felt Almost A ‘high’ Feeling From Fycompa?
Been on this medication for over 2 years. Thought it might have been something at the beginning of taking the medication but I still sometimes feel this feeling at night. I’m on 8mg now. Almost tipsy after taking this? Any advise is appreciated, thanks!
Hi Ciara, here too. It really affects gait. I'm on 12mg and you need to be in bed. When I started on it years ago, my neurologist gave me hell for not being in bed asap. I use to take it about 20mins before, but felt the impact almost right away on most nights.
You aren’t the imagining! I feel the same. That’s why it’s not a day time drug. Also that’s why it’s a schedule III drug. Basically potential for abuse.
