Their website is www.efcst.org & on their website you’ll see information about their support groups & events & resources they offer. They offer an in person support group & a virtual support group by Zoom. I have joined in on a few of the Zoom meetings. I get updated e-mails from them & so you might look on their website to see if you can sign up for their Newsletter & then you’ll be sent information when they have meetings coming up.
