George, anytime that you are overly anything emotional (happy, sad, angry, depressed, elated, irate) then you can have a seizure because emotions come from the brain---as do our seizures. Here's what to do when you find yourself in a situation where you may experience an overload of one or more emotion: step back and take deep breaths. Just relax your entire body and calm yourself down. One time, while I was bowling, there was a man who was drunk and saying whatever he could to get me angry. Well, I didn't follow these steps. Instead, I grabbed him by the shirt, pulled him over a table and a row of seats, laid him out flat, picked up a bowling ball in the other hand and threatened to shove it down his throat. I realized what I was doing and let him go. He was too scared to come near me. But I walked over to him and apologized to him. I explained to him that I took a medication that makes me very angry---Keppra. That, plus I am the size (and have the same strength) of an NFL lineman is kind of scary.

This explains why I generally have a seizure when my anxiety is elevated. I have a real issue now, I suffer with depression and anxiety. I haven't noticed that I have seizures when I am depressed, just when my anxiety is extremely high.
I will continue to try the breathing and relaxation methods...
I've never really paid any attention. I will now though.
I know people w/ laughing seizures. Both were pleasant people. One worked the other was in a drug study!
Yup. I studiously avoid all that, as it greatly contributed to seizures in the day wow
