How Does A Person Suddenly Develope Seizures?

I don't smoke I don't do drugs I have the occasional drink,no more than 3 drinks a week and then out of nowhere I woke up in the Hospital.....I lost my memory from Sunday until Tuesday afternoon when I woke up!

I had 3 seizures in less than 4 hours..2 of them were in the ER

My seizures began 20 years ago after an undiagnosed concussion and within 6 months I began having nocturnal seizures and gran mals. If this was the first seizure you had you may not have epilepsy since it’s usually after 2 or more seizures before that diagnosis. As far as not remembering anything, most seizures leave us with no memory of the event only what someone witnessed relay back to you.
I hope they can find what caused your seizure and in the meantime take care and wishing you seizure free days.
