Have been on keppra for many years, it gives me very intense dreams, I have found cannibis has helped to dull this side effect alot.

I used to take Aptiom years ago and drowsiness and headaches were an issue. I do know Keppra (The Rage) will give you aggression (anger), anxiety, drowsiness, headaches and loss of appetite to name a few. @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member, keep a diary because you are getting twice the amount of drowsiness and headaches. Hope they will work out for you.

I am on Keppra and find if I look at my phone and read the posts I get sleepy

I've only been on Keppra for three days and to be honest, had no sleepiness from it. I do get Sleepiness but it's from Topamax and the fact I'm currently on a very high dose.
