Every time I drink I just think ‘I shouldn’t be doing this’ 😂

Everyone do yourselves a favor and just avoid alcohol…

My epilepsy kicked in when I was 13. As a "good girl" from a middle-class family - no alcohol as a teen :)
However, I only had night-time seizures to begin with, so as I grew up I used to go to night clubs with friends or join them during parties, where I would drink a bit.
Eventually, I started having day-time seizures and I have to take 4-5 different meds. None of them work with alcohol. Plus, becoming brain damaged because I want to take a drink or two is not worth it :)

I just tell people I have epilepsy and can’t drink. No one seems to care.
