A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone make smoothies? I have a NitruBullet and have been making the same one for breakfast for a long time and want to change it up. Also, if there are recommendations for someone with epilepsy. I am mainly looking for breakfast ideas, but open to any.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member, thanks for the idea to celebrate Purple Day with a blueberry smoothie.

I was always a fan of fruity ones this is more of a milkshake but I have a blend jet and I used to use gainful protein powder which is formulated for you and your goals it is pricey but you can't taste the protein and it comes with flavor boosters, I usually didn't use the flavor boosters but I'd always use that skim milk and some kind of fruit usually bananas or strawberries or both and drink that in the morning. A girl I work with makes smoothies out of vegetables I just couldn't bring myself to it just the green color disgusts me but she says it's not bad.
