Yep, music.
1) Music is always calming,
2) Get outside if possible. Walk, sit at the coffee shop or park.
3) One if not my favorite is going to the YMCA & lift weights or swim, but I haven't been since 2/10 when I messed up my neck due to extreme osteoporosis from the longterm Phenytoin use.
4) read the Bible. It reminds me of all the crap Christ dealt with, that there's things fat beyond me.
5) help others as it takes my mind off my issues however big they are.
Since I can't do #3 , I fall back to the others until I get this thing fixed.
Meditation really helps and Yoga! I fall asleep w/ meditation!
both deppression and anxiety... i do the same things. i listen/sing to the music... i doodle something... i play video game/board game/dice/spicalty cards... i do yoga/deep breathing/meditation... and if all else failse i take cbd oil. but usually i do music and/or doodle.
yes it is as in summer I ride to the lake and sit there by water or out on the boat drifing and listening to soft music and meditate so relaxing listening to the waves
That is a great way I bet. I meditate with praying.
