Well 1st off i know swollen gums are NOT the only side effect , as i have also experienced receding gums, and it's a bit late for that now when i am being told I may need a partial and i have had other issues caused by seizures including broken teeth and teeth getting lodged into my gum as part of an injury I am also aware certain seizure meds can cause gum disease / tooth decay, basically i was asking if anyone had experienced these issues and has had to deal with this i am sorry for the confusion.

No, I don't. Going to the dentist soon, so I'll ask. If you don't mind, I'll add you to my team and provide an answer. It won't be for a month or so, though.

Different Partials through out my lifetime as medication rotted my teeth or they broke out during a seizure. Now at 55 years old it is time for dentures. Getting old!

I have a month guard I'm meant to wear when I go to bed but I don't wear it lol. I didn't even know I was grinding until the dentist pointed it out.

Well i didnt exactly mean grinding them but i imagine thats 1 of the minor issues that i (personally) have experienced although i can not speak for others, most of my injuries were from hard falls or hitting my face against things or clenching my jaw excessively
