That's a tough one - you're caught really between your doctor and neurologists advice. I've just looked it up and 3,000 is max dose per day.
Doesn't mention anything about problems with getting pregnant.

I not a woman , I can only say what levetiracetam has done for me I was taking 4,500 a day now I take 3,750 now I'm a 290lb man. The higher dose messed with mental ( guess that's not the same a hormones i,m not sure) hopefully between doctor and neroligest they can figure it out. Good luck

they have me on the max and i am still having mild seizures, it has completely stopped the blackout one that happened once a month around the time of the month thats y I got the obgyn involved
