I had epilepsy when I was 4 and from everything, I ever heard about the two first ones I had I was in the hospital for a minimum 2 weeks and one of them included a 3-day coma. back then they would have me on a lot of medication and IV so if any headaches did happen I wouldn't feel it. In short, I would say yes.
