I have...I don't stick to a keep keto. However, I do try to limit my carbs. This works best for me. Keto itself is too much for my body. For example, I try not to avoid a lot of breads, and if I know, I'll have a sandwich/bagel and not have those type of carbs the rest of the day. It reduces my headaches, mind fog, and seizures.
