Does Anyone Have Seizures Associated With The Cerebellum?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

I have very old scar tissue in this area. Wondered if there is a connection to seizures.

I tried to research this and there are many scholarly articles available through Google. There's definitely a connection but I'll let you read those articles. 😊

The cerebellum is located in the very back of the skull, and controls movement and coordination. So yes, I think it’s possible seizure activity originates there. But thatt would be up to your doctor to determine, along with all of your testing.
