A friend who has more seizures and generalized the doctor had it to go off every 8min. I have c/p and s/p it goes off every 0.17 seconds. I don't understand

IN 2005 I had my VNS put in. It didn’t work well on me. My Dr. Kept adjusting it during my appointments . My seizures patterns never changed. It lasted for about 5 yrs, when the stimulator died.

Keep in mind that just because it didn’t work for me, doesn’t mean it’s not going to work for you.

It helped a lot and there are many settings now. Nocternal Seizures, Time its more possible to have one have hire stimulation, aspire automanically goes off if the heart rate changes and something else. Mine goes off every .17 seconds and a 0.6 break

I don’t know if I would get one since I have breakthrough seizures. I think you’re right, I will talk to my neurologist
