I have no problem with Vimpat at a low dose, as for Keppra can't take it due to an aggressive mood swing so was chosen to stop.

Keppra prevented most seizures but I slowly grew irritable and quick to anger; neither of these issues were anything like my normal personality. My neurologist suggested briveracetam (Briviact). No more irritability or anger issues, and far better seizure control, thank goodness!

I had more seizures on keppra so they put me on a generic of it. Levitracetam, it stopped the big ones but not the little ones.

Keppra just didn’t help me at all

I take Lamictal. works real well for me.
