Falling Asleep And Legs Feel Like They Want To Seize
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have been having issues for about 3 weeks where my threshold seems lower, and my left arm and right leg seem to be weaker. When I fall asleep my right leg feels like it want's to go into a seizure, I find an ice pack sooths the feeling but of course gives me anxiety when trying to sleep.

Has anyone experienced this, particularly when staying up later or using Marijuana?

Have you contacted your neurologist? I only can take tylenol. Try even stretching thats what I do.

No it's more like a charlie horse or like when your leg wants to go into muscle spasms
